Shipping policy

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 3–7 business days (metro cities faster; remote PIN codes may take longer).
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Please accept your COD parcel — repeated refused COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account/address.
A tracking link is shared by SMS/email once your order ships.
If a parcel returns to us because of a wrong address or missed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel — it is required for any damage or missing-item claim.
